Denis is passionate about growing supervisors so they can develop high performance teams. His personal challenge is to find better, faster ways to help people to grow and accelerate the pace of process improvement. He realised early on in his career that rapid improvement cannot happen without developing the leadership skills of supervisors and their managers first. Denis developed his hands-on international expertise in addressing this challenge by leading complex culture change, Lean transformations and operational excellence programs for 20 years across diverse industries and service sector organisations.

He delivers the Supervisor Academy breakthrough training, train-the-trainer and high-performance coach development in English, Spanish and German.He has led teams in designing and implementing radical changes to (and moves of) manufacturing cells and plants, and deployed strategies for high-speed upskilling and cross-training of hundreds of operators to enable the transitions from process layouts to lean manufacturing cells.Denis works hard to continuously deepen his expertise to maximise the value he brings to clients and trainees. He holds a Master in Business Administration (MBA), and is a certified Master Blackbelt (Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma) and Master Trainer (Training within Industry).

Robert has held a variety of positions in his business career including Vice President of North American Operations, World Wide Process Improvement Manager, and Western Division Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental Manager. He is the published author of – The Four Components of a Fast-Paced Organization – Going Beyond Lean Sigma Tools. During 33 years of working for various organization types; secure transaction/telecom cards, medical device, printing, auto industry, aerospace manufacturing, oilfield, construction, retail, and services. To accomplish effective business change, Robert works to attain commitment and alignment with the key organization stakeholders. Within manufacturing, he has designed and implemented complete systems and layouts for discrete, continuous, and manual production systems.He has a deep understanding of Process Improvement practices and extensive experience in the type of leadership, planning, measures, and organisational structure to achieve world-class results. He has developed organization components that go beyond the benefits achieved by the application of Lean Sigma tools. Bob is a certified and practicing six sigma Black Belt.
