TWI Production Management (TWI PM) training for supervisors and middle-managers is designed to drive rapid process stabilisation and create ‘self-running’ processes that do not require constant supervisor intervention. This program connects the foundational TWI skills of Job Instruction, Job Methods and Job Relations through an easy-to-use, powerful daily management routine that dramatically improves your supervisors’ effectiveness and performance.

Delivery: 5 sessions, one 2-hour session per day (one week)
