Problem solved

With little spare time on their hands whilst constantly reacting to mini-crises, busy supervisors find it hard to break out of the ‘fire-fighting’ routine. With TWI Production Management we can break this cycle by stabilising our processes and, in doing this, freeing up our supervisors’ time for process improvement and people development.

To get to stable, predictable performance - in quality, delivery and output - supervisors must develop better work methods, stabilise standard work and motivate their people to adjust to changed work, routines and workplaces. They must learn to detect and solve problems of method, skills & people quickly and sustainably.
